-Smart people -Great benefits -Nice facility -Opportunities to expand experience outside of one's department

Cons

-Frequently changing operational strategy and culture messaging -So much focus on improving processes that actual work can suffer or be confused -Cultural norm to work from home at night (to keep up with amount of work) -Difficult to be promoted (i.e., I worked in my role for an entire year before I was officially given the title and matching salary)
