Great Benefits, on site parking, core of people that have been with the company for a long time, lot of knowledge, great leadership in senior management, lots of focus on employee development, internal candidates are always considered for postions first, different sites work together on things

Cons

Not really a lot to say here, general office poitics, wasn't crazy about the system used for mid-year and year end reviews

Biogen Idec is currently on the rise with product development, so the work is ample and exciting. Good products also bring a positive atmosphere to the company and the workers there. You also have a sense at the company that the executives care not only about the profit but also the employees and the well-being of the employees and their families.
