      Great people to work with and a pleasant workplace environment

      Cons

      Company going through multiple organizational and businees focus changes. 2011 will be a year of change and adaption which may be difficult for most with big challenges ahead.

      Pros

      Friendly environment, excellent infrastructure. The leadership is good and a very exciting place to be working. Good knowledge transfer and cross functional training

      Cons

      Engineering is pretty difficult to get in for entry level candidates. Flexible workforce and that may be a con for some.

      Pros

      The benefits are great. Full medical coverage. Beautiful facilities and very nice people to work with. Management ensures that you're going in the direction you want to go.

      Cons

      Downsizing is resulting in entire sites to shut down. This leaves many employees with very little choice to relocate for some, or for others, to find themselves on the job market in tough times.
