Pros

Biogen Idec is a great company to work for. Everybody there is eager to help if it is ever needed. The overall experience of working at the company is great.

Cons

There are a lot of contract workers within the company. Some of them end up getting hired permanently they keep a lot of them as contractors and do not allow them the opportunity to come on full time.

People are chilled and helpful. Not to mention the Friday happy hours which is a great time to interact with different ppl and socialize.

Cons

None, nonething, sometimes processes are bit time consuming.

The people are great to work and collaborate with. Knowing that we are making a difference in patients' lives is very fulfilling. Good opportunities for those looking to get their foot in the biotech door. Good reputation in the industry.

Cons

Need more opportunities for career development. Build up training programs for new managers. Hire career development consultants to teach staff for the purposes of retaining them.
