      Pros

      Was able to work with very knowledgeable people who understood how the medical device world works. Throughout the experience I was able to get an in-depth understanding of medical devices such as medical guidewire and catheters.

      Cons

      A bit serious, lacked youthfullness.

      Company is growing, relaxed culture. Depending on your supervisor schedules can be flexible.

      Cons

      Lower pay relative to the industry. Start at PTO of 2 weeks (including sick pay). Not as many holidays as what is typical in industry.
