This place is a very toxic work environment, all concerns are ignored and things stay the same with no improvements. If you care about your job look elsewhere.

Some genuinely talented and supportive coworkers. Opportunities to gain experience across a wide array of quality systems.

Cons

Management is disconnected from day-to-day operations and frequently ignores feedback from frontline staff. Chronic underpayment even after formally presenting clear evidence of wage disparities relative to industry standards. Employees who prove themselves competent are rewarded with more work and no additional support, creating unsustainable workloads. Decision-making is reactive, not proactive—important responsibilities are only acknowledged when they become urgent. Morale is low, and burnout is common, yet leadership seems indifferent unless a crisis occurs. Lack of structured growth or professional development despite expectations rising continuously.
