Pros

The clients served are good people- no idea how BIOS gets involved in their lives.

Cons

Unreliable managers who will lie to your face just to get you to participate in their programs. There are no "regular daytime" hours much like medical professional. Low pay they will even lie about giving you a raise!

Helping individuals that need someone that cares about them, the owners care and are on site everyday, lots of training

Cons

low pay, 24 hour on call, with a $611 million dollar budget shortfall in the state, pay is not going to increase.
