Helping individuals that need someone that cares about them, the owners care and are on site everyday, lots of training

Cons

low pay, 24 hour on call, with a $611 million dollar budget shortfall in the state, pay is not going to increase.

Employees at the Corporation are undervalued and this has created an apathetic attitude among the ranks. There have also been issues with lack of privacy regarding employee's personal information.
