I genuinely work with the most supportive team I’ve ever had. Everyone has each other’s backs, and I’d go to war for my managers. Truly these are the best leaders I’ve worked for. That said, Birdeye moves fast. Priorities can change quickly and expectations from Senior Leaders can be really high. It’s not always easy, but you’ll grow a ton if you’re the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. All in all, it’s been a great experience. Challenging? Absolutely. But also rewarding, energizing, and full of people who genuinely care.
