      Pros

      As a young dad, I really value the flexibility to work from home. Management has a clear agreement in place: as long as you get the job done, you have the freedom to manage your own time without any added pressure. This is the first role in my career where I truly feel valued for my experience and skills, rather than being measured on hourly or daily output and that’s an amazing feeling.

      Cons

      The only challenges I’ve experienced here have been around growing pains. Having worked here for four years, I’ve seen huge growth during that time, and naturally, management has had to figure some things out along the way. In certain situations, I think we could have handled things better but hindsight is a beautiful thing. With so many moving pieces, I can’t honestly say I would have handled that level of growth any better myself.
