Half baked solutions - Rolling out products that aren't working and supported properly Channel Program - Horrible leadership from the top to bottom! One foot in and one foot out. Direct is main focus....always! Micro-Management - Get ready to be micro-managed! (Pipeline, Presentations, calls, emails, etc) Moving everyone to Hourly - Rolling out timecard process to track hours! Unrealistic Quota's - good luck, get ready for you PIP!
