Struggling Product with Lack of Clear Leadership

Leadership across onshore/offshore lacks alignment and engagement, most recent hire has "28 years of experience" which we hear in every meeting but in real he is CCO's "Yes man", who take orders all day . Our CCO appears disconnected from CS and is primarily involved in high-level decisions like halting hiring (that is all what we have seen him doing)— without deeper involvement in strategy or execution or impact or trying to dig deeper in our day to day. Many leaders operate on limited availability (few hours a day, few days a week), with minimal daily involvement. There’s a noticeable lack of vision, direction, and strategic planning. The product itself struggles to deliver real value to businesses, and internal growth or learning opportunities are virtually nonexistent. Hardworking people work harder but people who do not work, have great life here. Our churn is high and noone is truly investing in fix that. The CEO may be the only one with a long-term vision, but that vision doesn’t seem to translate into actionable guidance.
