Good place to work if you like sales

Great initially but tons of camping world type bull crap is starting to happen. The kind that drives good employees and customers away. Also too many REGIONAL managers that don't know how to delegate OR trust anyone below them to make any decisions, and arbitrarily make company wide decisions that both add bs meaningless busy work to your day and give you less money at the same time. I had high hopes but feel utterly hopeless now in the position. VERY CORPORATE OVERLORD TYPE SITUATION DEVELOPING.
