Pros
Family comes First, Flexible time off. They advertised $100k Salary when pressed it was only $42K with commissions. They could not fill the position & changed ad on employment services to $60k salary (???) ( I was working for them in another position, the never advertise within in the company for positions, you have to watch the job boards to know what they are hiring for)
Cons
Management is in disarray, State policies and a path to making commissions but then change or ignore the policies so you can’t make meaningful money. Always doing what is expedient rather then quality’ consistency.
