Pros
I got paid for my work. Occasional travel to Seattle area to work face to face (worked remote).
Cons
If you are not working in the HQ, you end up being overlooked. In my primary role, I was the only one that would perform my job function because the company would not hire anyone else. Many times I heard "we'll get you help". Never happened. This place reminded me of a sweatshop as I ended up working 12 to 16 hours somedays . Additionally, being remote, I never received any company compensation like insurance, 401k etc. I got a pay check which was good but had to become self employed on taxes to work here.
