      The happiest and most fulfilled I have been in my career!

      Pros

      - leadership is very transparent internally and externally with the product's community - fully remote! - very well built hiring processes. I work with the most diverse, intelligent, supportive and fun team I have out of any previous jobs - I feel trusted and empowered to do my job autonomously but have a responsive support network for when I have questions - the company culture is simple and authentic. I see my colleagues and leaders living it out each day - I feel comfortable asking questions to leaders and other teams - lots of opportunity for learning and growing internally!

      Cons

      - working 100% remote may be a challenge for someone who has not done it before - being in a start up environment, there are often processes that are not built out. So being flexible and comfortable with ambiguity is important! That could be a con if those are not things you prefer in your work life

      Transparent and Product-led

      Pros

      Great to work on a open source product in such a transparent manner. The company culture of GRIT (Gratitude, Responsibility, Inclusion and Transparency) makes it an awesome place to work.

      Cons

      It's a fast growing company, there are a fair share of growing paints that are being worked out. On the flip side we have the opportunity to strongly influence how those gets resolved.
