Great sense of collaboration and diverse perspectives coming together as one. - Awesome product that people and businesses NEED - Transparency: product is completely open-source which is a huge advantage in the market. Leadership team is very transparent on company goals, financials, vision, etc. - Massive community of Bitwarden users that the company actually listens to - Growth and development opportunity across the business
