      Pros

      Bitwarden offers competitive pay, flexibility, an open and kind work environment, and the opportunity to contribute to a product that genuinely helps people.

      Cons

      Lack of performance incentives like bonuses.

      Pros

      Amazing and caring organization to work for. I've never felt like a company cares about my time and needs as much as Bitwarden does. The PTO and Benefits packages are also a major bonus. No stress or guilt to come back into an office either!

      - People are smart, passionate, and supportive of coworkers - Work is meaningful - As a designer, we have access to a user community and cross team insights - designers and development work to support each other; avoiding friction and the design/developer divide - Competitive salary / benefits

      Cons

      - No 401k matching contributions (though rumored to change...)
