No Work Life Balance

Pros

Only good this is you will get 6 monthly Appraisal after 2 years experince. Which will tempt you to stay in company.

Cons

1. worst work life balance 2. for freshers, 80 % of hired developers will assigned on ETL tool. 3. For Freshers you will get programming team on luck only. 4. Any developer can be assigned on production support. 5. No cab facility. 6. No work from home 7. TL/PLs are useless . Just ordering the tasks.
