Excellent work -life balance, Job security, High learning curve. Open door policy makes the higher management team very approachable. Working in a mid-sized company is a biggest advantage where your work is recognized and reaches the top management, which motivates. They follow high work ethos, they have immense overseas opportunities too with cutting-edge technologies- makes this company - 'A great workplace' for me!
