No Work Life Balance | Decent Appraisals

6 Monthly appraisals. Good Exposure to multiple technology. Great for freshers.

Cons

There is no work life balance doesn't matter what your position is. There are very less development projects. They will not let you work/focus on one technology which will result you being 'Jack of all trades, master of none' Work timings are worst you will have to work 12+ hrs and still work wont finish due to their 'TIGHT DEADLINES'. They can change their policies anytime. Paternal Leaves of 5 days (that too if completed 5 years in bitwise ) so plan the baby accordingly lol.
