Pros

WFH, Laptop provided by office. Can't think of anything else because there is none.

Cons

Managers are reluctant to approve holidays Long working hours, according to them everything is on priority and are always on edge, just because they dont have life they think others are also same. HR is bad here, they don't even do proper communication. Very bad increments even if you are doing good. Micromanagement 0 perks apart from wfh.

Pros

you will get remote work. its completely depend on the project.

Cons

This is the third class company I will suggest not to join the company. This company has no much project so HR will ask you to upskills yourself by taking udemy training. If you do not perform well like an expert in a project after taking udemy training then manager will raise PIP and you will release from Bitwise within 3 month. Manager will not care at all about you as you new to this technology. If you are doing good in a project and getting high salary then manager will also target you and making false comment like a we moving you in a new project he will move you on a bench. Then, HR will ask you to resign from the company by saying there is no project if you do not resign they will threaten you to terminate. If I talk about positive review you are seeing -- Any new employee join the new project then withing a month HR takes the feedback and ask to give review and after 1 month manager politics start. That is the reason there is lot of positive review. There is also a no work life balance. Think before joining this company.
