Cons

You can't gain mastery in one technology as you will be asked to work on multiple projects and multiple technologies. To bulid Career in this company you just need boot licking skills. Technical skills are myth here..

Pros

1) Work-life balance is non-existent, quite literally. I personally have worked for 2 days straight multiple times, and normally 14-16 hrs for good productive smart employee. 2) Fearful work environment, developers are always threatened for actions and slow work either to stretch or come on weekends. 3) Leaders are groomed on how to create fear and pressurize people, if you could call, push people even at cost of someone's leave or plan then he's good leader. 4) Team Management - Does not exist.

Deadlines are like if a task takes 5days to complete ,bitwise will give it in 1 day and 4 days of fixes and support, Ofcourse unplanned. 6) New skills, new tech, push to learn nontechnical skills - Does not exist. Again, they think they have plan and system for it, but its failure. Even if you are exp in particular tech, they will just give you surprise switch to random roulette technology. 7) HR department - Well.. they will reiterate things when you resign(proactively). While in rest scenarios nonexistent. 8) Fairness - If you are good at skill then you complete your work, then take others work and end with marginally higher appraisal. Also incase felt like having a leave? NO, rejected. 9) CEO - Man with ambition and good heart. He thinks company doing well but again.... 10) Lies - Alot, no id-person mapping, ids are not closed untill mnths that person has left. Alot basically. The list is shorten after careful nitpicks
