Pros

- Great place to gain experience - Good work culture

Cons

- Managed by Lufthansa, meaning senior management (German ex-pats) changes frequently - Often misguided management lead to failed projects/divisions - Pay not competitive with MROs around the region

Pros

None now. Used to be good pay and benefits and a good place to work. New CEO doesn't know what he is doing.

Cons

Wrong people in management. Right people won't stay or are not allowed to. They are always looking for a scape goat to cover their own failures. German leadership doesn't understand American culture. VP doesn't know how to lead and do his job.
