Good worker bees / good part of OK

Cons

Current CEO, due to his lack of experience, places too much faith in and on his inner circle.. His inner circle lacks VIP experience as it relates to their specific fields. To the previous posts' point: His inner circle is worried about their jobs / careers - not the company.
