Precision engineered solutions for the retail and food industries. Innovative machines and devices. Long term employees committed to serving customers. Family owned, special place to work.

Cons

Internal systems are a bit complex to manage. Communication sometimes has gaps. Wide scope of products and services makes things complicated at times.

Great expectations set by the HR team during hiring. Told there would be offical training for field technicans. Company Car + fuel card

Cons

- No official training - Office staff not supportive of new staff - Blamed for starting by a senior technician, despite that being out of my own control - Had to chase staff around to get hiring package, payroll and other credentials needed to be successful.
