      Fantastic and interesting retail product

      Cons

      Management didn't want to listen to the people on the ground. Stated treating everyone poorly. A lot of internal politics, caused hassle to many and no one really worked as a team. More a case of departments fighting against each other.

      Pros

      Leadership Team much more approachable than past years, challenging but rewarding team ethic. Been some changes in structure and can see the future is bright at Bizerba Milton Keynes. Approachable line manager who offered support and direction. Lots of experience staff that have been there for 10/20yrs ++ really make the business tick!

      Cons

      Business has been turbulent due to expansion of Headquarters and move to new location.
