-location away from traffic -nice periphery environment

Cons

-90% are Korean -most only speak Korean -it is a small company, so will be asked to do multiple roles

Growing company, good product, opportunity to travel

Cons

if you are korean this is OK for you, they expect you to work 8 to midnight, and dont even appreciate you, terrible management, sooo cultural, dont care what you think or suggest, just work like a slave and be korean like them they might like you. 80% of employees are korean.
