Colleagues who do their best, Insufficient systematization of the company system

Pros

Feedback is fast. When you ask a colleague for help, they are active. Each department is different, but the relationship stress in my department is low. Although the technique used is old, it is an opportunity to learn from the basics. Anywhere you get and grow as much as you try.

Cons

There is no one common system, and it feels unfortunate in the company system because it is distributed. I work in Korea, but as a foreign company, there is not much I can enjoy specially, but rather, it is excluded from the benefits of SMEs. Since most of the company's employees are Korean, you can think of it as the atmosphere of a Korean company.

BizFlow has a competitive BPM solutions and many talented engineers and managers.

Cons

Although BizFlow is a global solution provider, it still has mostly customers in the U.S. We need more customers in the global market.
