- We have a mission that everyone believes in and a product that backs it up - The team is fun, enthusiastic, and motivated - It's a fast-paced environment and everyone has the ability to have a real impact - There's an opportunity to learn a lot, and fast

Cons

- It's a smallish company, so there's no hiding. You need to be good at what you do and be able to learn.
