Pros

Progressive, "hang-out" mentality (as long as you get your work done), engaging, helpful, non-threatening, fun workplace, complete with quarterly ping-pong tournaments :) Leadership, even the CEO himself, is perpetually looking for how to improve the day-to-days to make sure we're all successful. And what makes it nice is our product is legit revolutionary to the marketing industry. Makes it more genuine to sell something you truly believe is 100% beneficial to the customer!

Cons

There aren't really any. I can't think of something they could do better.

Pros

Amazing work culture, great work/life balance. Solid all around benefits. Management open and approachable. Amazing product, amazing team, just all around great place to come into every day.

Cons

A bit disorganized at times, but as a startup this is expected and things are quickly addressed.
