Pros

- Great working conditions and location(parking too) - Young & fun atmosphere - Fast paced environment with a never-ending learning cycle - FULL benefits - Ample opportunity to have direct impact on company processes and policies - Overall, very hard working company

Cons

- There's isn't a Ping Ping Table :( - A little more attention to detail and better quality control processes

Pros

-Flat management style -No micro managing -Fun/young atmosphere -Coworkers you actually want to hang out with -Fast pace work environment -Tons of room for growth given their competitive advantages and the market itself -A lot of opportunities for those willing to work hard

Cons

-Still a young company/startup so sometimes things can be a bit ambiguous but they're working on it
