Pros

Great culture and environment to work in. Extremely laid back, collaborative and progressive office feel.

Cons

I can not think of many cons. The salary could be more generous, but what can you expect with a start up.

Pros

- Cool coworkers - Collaborative environment - Get to use latest in sales technology - Management very approachable for anything - Great culture, probably my favorite part - Really great product - CEO sits in the sales area like everyone else - Room for advancement - Stock options, 401k, uncapped commission

Cons

- Frequent changes in sales team structure although necessary - More sales collateral would be nice but there's a ton - More help testing emails from marketing - Nothing major just many ways to keep improving - Higher salary can't hurt

Cool product, fun atmosphere, young company

Pros

- young growing company - product that businesses need - exciting to be in mobile - nice people to work with - office located by Polk - break room isn't too bad - PTO time, paid health, perks - flat management structure - fun company outings - learn a lot pretty fast - decisions made quickly

Cons

- needs more growth opportunity for entry level employees - some of the clients can be hard to deal - management team is new but showing promise - compensation is fair but could be better considering SF location - product communication getting way better from before
