-Great work/life balance! -Wonderful employees -Veteran owned and operated company -Great products -Fun employee events BRCC provides a great opportunities for all of its' employees and prides itself on its veteran/first responder community. Plenty of room for growth with this rapidly developing company. The entire team, including leadership strive to make a healthy work environment where we can all work together and continue to grow the brand, all while having fun!
