Pros

Growing company so its exciting to be a part of the growth phase and part of the new processes being put into place. Open to doing things different and open to new ideas. Allowing for ownership and development of these new processes. Friendly staff and its exciting to meet everyone's dogs since you are allowed to bring them to the office.

Cons

With a growing company, there are extra hours associated with the growth and development. Learning new processes requires some extra time but I like what I do and the people I work with so I want to do it because it's rewarding to be a part of the growth and future of this company.

This is an update to my April Review. BRCC has a strong culture along with understanding leaders across all levels of management. We keep hiring during a pandemic and I made promotion during the height of COVID along with a 22% pay increase, which is more then generous for a raise with the standard being between 8%-12% when it comes to promotions.

Cons

The org is growing so communication has to improve across all levels of the organization.

We serve coffee and culture to those who love America.

Cons

I don't have enough coffee, stickers, and coffee to give back to those who I feel occupationally deserve a part of who we are and what we're trying to support. I AM Black Rifle Coffee. I have never been so exited to be part of a movement and company that believes what I do. Just want to give more back to those who stand with our ethos.
