I LOVE the people I work with! I walked into the office the first time and my first thought was "These are my people!!" As a veteran, it's been hard to find someplace I feel comfortable, but I totally feel at home here! Did I mention the doggies? We can bring our pets to work and I love the dogs more than I love the people.

Cons

If you don't like copious amounts of F bombs and other displays of 'harsh' language this is definitely the wrong place for you! My Momma would wash all our mouths out with Ivory soap. Especially mine! Sorry Mom.

Without a doubt, one of the best jobs I have ever had besides the military. The camaraderie, the ability to actually speak to your leadership as a peer plus.....the coffee!!

Working here at Black Rifle Coffee has been a great learning experience and is very rewarding. It's not for the faint of heart, but when you're in, it's an extremely valuable bond that's built between the senior leadership teams, entry-level employees, and everywhere in between. As someone who's been here a while, it's such a wild ride! I am so excited to see where we go from here. Let's saddle up and prepare for the future! The ability to bring our doggos into the office isn't bad either...

Cons

Due to the rapid growth, communication between leadership/locations/teams lacks continuity and sometimes ideas/plans change too rapidly for others participating in the project. However, that comes with the territory and so long as there's a concerted effort to maintain said communication, it's all a work in progress.
