Great people on every level — from the hiring process all the way up to the management. Extremely passionate employees who work because they love to be at work. At the forefront of the coffee business and digital marketing in general. Tip of the spear, so to speak. Never in short supply of coffee!

Cons

Rapidly developing company, so the left and right limits of what you can do is always shifting as the company evolves day-by-day. Not great for people who want an easy-effort job to slide into, 9-5 for 20 years.

Growing company so its exciting to be a part of the growth phase and part of the new processes being put into place. Open to doing things different and open to new ideas. Allowing for ownership and development of these new processes. Friendly staff and its exciting to meet everyone's dogs since you are allowed to bring them to the office.

Cons

With a growing company, there are extra hours associated with the growth and development. Learning new processes requires some extra time but I like what I do and the people I work with so I want to do it because it's rewarding to be a part of the growth and future of this company.
