Amazing coffee and I loved the work we were able to do within our community. The retail support teams were phenomenal and always there to help.

Cons

Inconsistent leadership direction. Very little support from the District Manager level. Little to no development or coaching from direct report. Standards and operational procedures constantly changing. Inconsistent experiences from customer level all the way through to General Manager with no explanation of why from upper management.

There were no benefits, pretty much had to wait for someone to get fired or leave to get any sort of raise or promotion from the owner.
