      Good benefits and pay, but poor communication on changes

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay, and bonuses.

      Cons

      There have been changes to when we have to be in office, but they weren't disclosed well. The way things are communicated are in Teams chat. When it is something important, it should also be emailed. We're an ESOP, but in reality, employees don't get a say on policies.

      Great place to start, terrible in the long run

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities, great people you work with, can be flexible.

      Cons

      Rigid corporate culture that views you only as your years of experience regardless of working roles, no employee culture, cheap on employees. Inflexible in pay even when you are working advanced roles.
