      Good starter salary and very patient and understanding management.

      Cons

      In some cases, I still felt judged and treated differently. I felt as though I had to code switch and carry myself a certain in order to be seen and respected. If I didn’t smile enough or engage to someone else’s expectations. Than I was considered short, pushy or aggressive. Also not as much diversity,
