Some groups are understaffed so hours can be long. Company's scale and involvement in multiple asset classes could be more beneficial if teamwork was better. Could benefit from implementation of a 360 review process to foster better teamwork and so management gets better insight into the strengths and weaknesses of its managers and entire employee base.

The environment is stale, there is very little creativity and innovation, community or collaboration. You are expected to work hard and create value for the company (understandable) however, there isn't an acceptance of upper management to grow their associates into the next leaders. Also, organizational changes have been occurring frequently and without notice. What "makes sense" to upper management, still doesn't make sense to the individuals who are actually involved in the re-orgs.
