      Pros

      I worked with great colleages who were collaborative, supportive, and generally helpful. The company also offers Flexiable Time Off (FTO) which is a positive benifit and encourges time away when workloads allow.

      Cons

      Compwnsation growth was a major concern. Raises were minimal or nonexsistent and did not keep pace with inflation or the raising cost of benifits each year. The removal of work flexiability was also disappointing and negatively impacted work life balance. Additionaly annual review process felt largely ineffective and lacked meaningful feedback. It was very scriped by senior leaders.

      Good benefits, decent flexibility depending on the role.

      Cons

      Absolutely impossible to get anything done. You are constantly held up by mountains of red tape and incompetence. Unbelievably difficult to implement new processes or build anything of value.

      Not much to say as positive unless you like a company sucking your life away.

      Cons

      Everything about this company is horrible. Management doesn't care its long hours and verbal abuse. Also all we do here is screw over poor people. Overall just a garbage company full of garbage people.
