      Pros

      Good culture (depending on manager), Acceptable comp (depending on where one sits in the firm) vs industry, Future-proofed in a big way with the latest acquisitions.

      Cons

      Movement to 'cheap' locations in a rapid pace, cost cutting in many ways hurts morale & limits development. Like with many firms, staying there for a lot (being loyal) does not 'pay'. Internal mobility is also harder than it needs to be & notice periods tend to drag on.
