Pros

As the largest asset manager they are well respected Full product suite for salespeople to leverage Good quality, intelligent peers Great systems

Cons

Internally political Size and lengthily processes means simple tasks are often difficult HR behaviours favour the company - not the employee - and increasingly hard-handed Business decisions emerge from the US and are not always practical in a UK market

Pros

Good and flexible work environment. Lots of international exposure, learning opportunities & intelligent experienced people to learn from

Cons

Senior management does help find good career opportunities. Internal mobility for a different skillset is pushed by management for very few cases.
