Pros

They continue to have job growth in the iShares business. It is getting very competitive to find a job. Internal transfer has the edge.

Cons

They get going cheap. Cutting cost as much as possible. BLK/BGI crossover is taking longer than expect when merging teams.

Pros

It's a great company with a very good reputation. The culture is pretty laid back so it does not feel like a chore coming into work

Cons

Towards the end I felt like there was little respect or communication from top management, reviews meant nothing. Promotions were not transparent
