Pros

It's a great company with a very good reputation. The culture is pretty laid back so it does not feel like a chore coming into work

Cons

Towards the end I felt like there was little respect or communication from top management, reviews meant nothing. Promotions were not transparent

Pros

Brand and reputation - Larry is well-respected in the finance community Medical benefits are fairly generous, although recently 500 pound excess was introduced

Cons

Extremely political organisation to work for. If you are not in the right club, then you can be excluded. Politics, politics, politics.
