Evolution and change are well managed and people pay attention to the quality of the delivery and communication. Individuals are recognized for their achievements and compensated well. Good work life balance with solid managers.

Cons

Some of the technology stack is dated and seems overly complex. Difficult to get enough internal resources to deliver projects.

Pros

BlackRock, one of the world’s preeminent asset management. First and foremost, it is exceedingly professional and detail oriented. In BlackRock, a graphic designer has to be exact, precise and accurate with minute details. It is calm, friendly, people are helpful, positive which made it a joy to work there!

Cons

BlackRock seems to have no downsides. I can't imagine anyone who would not want to work there. It is a highly professional place. You have to be top notch to work there though. Very detail orientated.
