      Bad Place for New Grads to Learn and Grow

      - WLB (You usually can take the day off early for doctor's appointments) - Stable job

      Cons

      - So much legacy technology like no one uses XML in Spring anymore - There is definitely racial bias when it comes to promotions, favoring white employees over people of color, so it's not a meritocracy - Lack of career growth - The company is very much against WFH so if you're looking to work remotely look elsewhere (like they'll prefer you to be on disability for a few years rather than working remotely) - Too much office politics and too hierarchical - Managers working on their own careers instead of the careers of their reports
