      Pros

      Prestige of the brand, that's about it.

      Cons

      Sink or swim environment, you cannot ask questions to peers within your team as they will report that to your manager. When you join a new team no one will show you even once how to do the specific tasks required, and if you can't figure it out by yourself you'll be cut within a year. Good performers also getting cut just to keep teams lean.

      Pros

      People are really smart and friendly. Opportunity to work among top talent and learn from some of the best people in the industry. Depending on the team, work life balance can be good but expect fast pace and demanding work.

      Cons

      Politics can be exhausting. Constant re-orgs also poorly affect culture and create anxiety. Can be very demanding at times. Very underpaid relative to other industry leaders.
