Great view from the office (i.e. the company calls it the "best view in Seattle"). Depending on the team & project you are on, exposure to working with a global team.
Cons
Seattle is a satellite office from a previous acquisition of Quellos, this office is geographically removed from the main teams in California / east coast. Went through frequent re-orgs and drastic flushes of management in the past year with no clear strategy / direction into the future, and NO communication with the staff / senior level until final decisions are announced. VERY SECRETIVE and suppressing management style speaks to rampant office politics. Favoritism. Directors are serial bullies. Low pay compared to the market for the amount of work to do. A lot of cross-training going on with the main offices in east coast / California, many suspect this office will one day be cut.
